HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME IN POSTAGE?

A: Standard shipping within Klang Valley is RM12. Unfortunately we have not been able to cover further areas with postage. However, we do have sales partners in the state of Johor, Melaka and Penang that could pass you the products in person at signature malls or cafes.

A: We have an outlet which is located in SS2 Petaling Jaya. Durian Hill SS2 Outlet is situated directly opposite of JOJO Pan Mee. You can most certainly Waze us @ DURIAN HILL SS2.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO ORDER SOMETHING THAT IS OUT OF STOCK?

A: You can email and ask us, we may be able make an arrangement to seek for the item that you are looking for. For Limited Stock Item, we will not be able to help you much on that. Anyways, we will always try our best to help you out!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGE OR FAULTY?

A: Durian Hill check every purchase before sending it out to you. However in the unlikely event of your item getting damaged in transit, please email us with photos of the damage within 3 days. Upon receiving our email, we will send you a replacement once we reorganized the delivery.

HOW ARE MY GOODIES SENT AND WHEN WILL THEY REACH ME?

A: We ship and track all orders with On-Demand delivery service. Durian Hill offers a next day delivery within Klang Valley with exceptions on weekends and public holidays.

A: We try our best to make shopping with our own website as easy as possible. Just click on ‘Mooncake’ title menu on the homepage (under the burger icon on mobile), to review the mooncake series selection available.

Once you’ve found your desired items, simply click the ‘Buy Now’ button and your selection will be added into your cart. You can view your cart quickly when hovered on the shopping cart icon on the top right of our site.

To modify your order quantity, simply click ‘View Cart’ when hovered on the cart icon on the top right of our header. You may adjust your desired quantity then in the page you’re directed to.

You will then receive an email confirmation from us once you’ve placed your order. Kindly keep the email as it contains information such as your order number, which is important for order tracking and return.

We accept Direct Online Transfer at the moment through the SenangPay platform. Please take note that your parcel will not be shipped until the funds has been cleared.

Q: HOW SHALL I PAY?

You can make your payment through a Direct Online Transfer platform, Senang Pay where the platform accept online transfer through major banks of Malaysia.

Under unforseen circumstances that you need to use Bank Transfer, please send us a screenshot/scanned copy of your proof of payment to (someone email address)
